Long Halloween Part 3--> Party Time
The party for that night can only be decribed with one word 'Havoc', I cannot recall when was the last time we took so many pictures after the Niagara falls trip. Reminded that a picture can speak a thousand words, I'll let these pictures do the talking in this entry for a change.
Jiawei made this spongebob square pants costume out of cardboards for the halloween party, but the heavy downpour that night prevented him from wearing it to the party. An absolute waste...
Halloween decorations at London Hall (Xing's residence).
A pre-party picture we took at Jenny's place (London Hall). Bjorn's (Swedish guy who is madly in love with Jap stuffs and is a kendo exponent) dressed up as a male pimp and Orsi is behind the mask of that cigar chewing redneck.
Reached Chloe's place (where the party was held) after much walking and the number of people arriving at her place was incredible. Plenty of effort has been put into the decorations at Chloe's place by the use of candles to create a dimly lit environment (the flash of Jiahao's camera did wonders here), the display of pumpkins carved into the shapes of ghouls, and the strewing of cobwebs ingeniously made of cotton wool all over the place.
The petite Chloe dressed up as a sultry looking she-devil (all she needs is a pitchfork to complete her masquerade), Jean's tribute to Bill Gates in a computer nerd costume, coincidentally, he's also a computer engineer.
By now, almost everyone has worn Bjorn's hat! Jiahao was not petrified of David's costume, rather, it was probably his breath. Notice that Bjorn's expression never change when he takes a picture. Haw haw...
Nicholas' drag queen act really deserves a worthy mention. His expression flaunted when posing in front of shutterbugs was priceless! She's, *confused* I mean he's hot! Mort du rire (died of laughing)!
This picture makes me roll on floor laughing all the time. Why? Let's just say that Jiahao's silent scream was not a faked expression.
By wearing the symbolic structure of her country as her costume (the Effiel tower), Emma won hands down in terms of creativity and effort! Pity she only got the second prize for the costume competition. Nevertheless, you rock!
A tribute to King Kong scaling the Empire State Building. I did not plunge to my death from the Effiel tower of course.
Hot witches from France, Sarah and Emilie. I'm sure they can take on the Charmed ones any day.
Never cross the path of the Charmed ones from France, I was turned into an empty beer can and was carelessly left at the dance floor for the remainder of the party... (more pictures will be uploaded in the next post)
